The HOME app can be integrated with your HMIS data warehouse. A web-based portal allows an administrator to manage users, add or edit assessments, review and export data. The HOME app is based on open source technology for easy adoption and customization by your community. For a nominal one-time fee, CTA will provide a community with the HOME app. Hosting, customization, data integration, reporting and all other features are the responsibility of the community. Or CTA can host the app and provide customization, data exporting and reporting for an on going monthly fee.
